Property is well maintained and has big rooms. they don’t have air conditioners but has fan though it wasn’t required to use as weather was really good. Breakfast has limited option and limited space. But overall stay was good.

Not good parking for handicapped access to the room

It's not pristine but okay for an affordable stay. Definitely 2/5 star hotel. No pool. The thing that irritated me was I had 2 rooms that I had booked on multiple reservations. The first night I checked in the desk lady said she had linked the reservations and that I was good for all 6 nights and I wouldn't have to check in again. But the hotel kept turning off our key cards so we continually had to go back to the front desk to have them reprogrammed and present a credit card again. It just became a pain. They also don't have air conditioning, so be aware of that.

The only negative thing was being on the first floor and hearing the people in the room above us walk around at all hours of the day and night. Made us wake up.

Lots of spiders and webs, noisy toilets when flushing, however it’s decent enough for over night. Price is bit high for the level of comfort especially if you’re not accustomed to spiders

Overall the hotel was super nice. The breakfast was very nice and the location was very quiet. It’s near the airport and close to where I was going. I liked the area because it was nice and quiet. The rooms need some upgrades. There is no AC and that is fine but the fan we had in there was old and in bad shape. The safety lock on the door was not functional. That’s really all I can really critic them on. I’ll stay there again most likely the next time I go to Seaside/Montery.

Nice place. Comfy beds. Quiet, good parking, breakfast ok. Great location. Maybe getting a little worn and needs some updates.
