This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. You get a phone number if you need anything and i made more calls to that number than back home to my family! 1st room was so disgusting i wouldn't sit on the couch due to the stains. Gentlemen who came up couldn't care less and really didn't understand why! Next room the a/c didn't work and after 3 service calls and half my dayit barely worked so i got a fan! Then the a/c poured water and soaked the bedroom carpet and they used my towels to clean it up! 3 more service calls and finally fixed but wouldn't change my room for the wet floors because i was checking out the next day... Don't walk away from this place, RUN! I won't talk about the mold and bugs!!!

The room is not same or similar as the web site pictures. Very old , no internet connection, very inconvenient. Poor condition

no wifi inside the room. Even we call the service phone number, it is still not working. the water tank of toilet flushing is leaking

Didn't realize we had to make contact prior to checking in. Security were very helpful. . Great location as close to public transport. Older rooms so were dated. No tea/coffee provided

There was no rooms safe or dishwasher as describe on hotels.com. there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, one key per room, the AC wasn't clean as they were still dusty

The room smelled stale, we were told it had been empty for 8 weeks. Air con vents had mould on them, the sponge in the kitchen was filthy. No tea towel to dry dishes, we had to buy one. No teaspoon,. I found a wet towel covered in mould in the bottom of the wardrobe. Chair with broken leg,
