This hotel was excellent. Staff was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean, neat, and had everything we needed after long days of exploring Kyoto. The location too couldn’t be any better. It is close enough to all the places you’d like to visit that’s a walking distance away, while being placed in a quieter neighborhood where you feel part of the community. Will definitely want to come back here!

Fabulous boutique hotel great location and extremely comfortable rooms with good facilities

This is a wonderful boutique hotel on a quiet street in Kyoto. It is a great place to stay to feel less like a tourist since the crowds are far away. Plenty of small restaurants and bars nearby and a bakery that is very popular (and good) nearby. The staff were very helpful and attentive. You can walk to transportation in 5-10 minutes.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to downtown. The rooms were as pictured.

Great place to stay

Amazing place to stay, great staff, quiet location, very clean

Our accommodations were spacious and very clean. The service was exceptional. The location was nice; in close proximity to train stations, shopping, and dining. We opted for daily breakfast, which was delivered to our room and was quite delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was wonderful to deal with and extremely attentive. The bath/shower area was among the best we have ever seen.

Small 12 room hotel located in a nice quiet area but still close and walkable to many of the touristy areas. Beautiful room and the shower/bath was truly a spa like experience. Bed was very nice as well. Get the Japanese breakfast served in your room at least once. It was a memorable meal.
