Check in was good. Customer service at check-in was great. Room needs some attention and updating. Bathroom shower head was crooked and too high, tried moving it but it was stuck. Bathroom could have used more cleaning and didn’t have enough towels for the number of people that were in the room. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Room was supposed to be quiet but it was on the freeway side and you can hear every vehicle and police siren that is on the freeway. No fresh coffee or tea for guests, only water, which we thought seemed odd. Stay was so-so.

The front desk staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, the room was not very clean, as I found stains and hair on the bathroom wall.
Housekeeping took nearly two hours and three phone calls to deliver bath towels. The wall-mounted A/C worked but was very noisy.
Personally, I would not stay here again. However, if those inconveniences don’t bother you, it may still be a good place to stay.

I didn't get the room I paid for. I have small children and needed a tub. they told me my suite would be fully stocked. I had 2 spoons no dishes no pans. the room was for 4 and I had 2 towels, 2 washcloths and has to call many times to get what I needed.
