Oh my gosh the location was THE best- just a very short walk from the Milano Cardona train station. A very quick walk to Sforza Castle and a 5 minute walk to The Last Supper. The metro at the train station was a quick couple of stops to the Duomo! The bathroom is tiny, but clean and air conditioning!!! Great choice! My 17 year old granddaughter loved having the loft to herself and the hide abed was actually very comfortable!

Need better attention to cleanliness

An exceptional stay with a world-class host! If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Milan, this is it. It's incredibly central, yet the best part is how quiet and peaceful it is after a long day of sightseeing. The space is cozy, comfortable, and beautifully clean. What really set this stay apart was Manuel. He is an incredible host who genuinely cares about his guests. We had a small issue with a defective coffee maker, and Manuel handled it flawlessly, even treating us to a bottle of spirits on our arrival to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of. He turned a minor blip into a highlight of our trip. Grazie, Manuel, for being so amazing! V+A

Great location!

Rooms actually were not clean there was thick dust under the beds and cigarette buds although none smoking room. Tv didn’t work properly and had notified staff and didn’t fix it. Elevator broken and had to carry suitcases 5 floors. Laundry drier is a scam never dried clothes and we had to hang it in our room. We paid twice to dry it

There were 4 - 6 really good restaurants within east walking distance from the hotel. The stairs to the loft bed is a little daunting for older folks to navigate. The hot water was plentyfull and also extremely hot so take care.

It’s a great place to stay, and very close to a lot of places that we can visit.

Good location but bathrooms smell terrible and smell wafts into room

Amazing location

The check-in process was very lengthy requiring detailed info of all the resident. There was a lady in front of us who did not know the birthday of one of the guests stayed with her and they would not check her in. Our room was clean with a kitchenette and all the essentials but it should be noted that this was not a hotel and without hotel amenities such as room cleaning - something that expedia should call out very clearly. The staff did not give us extra towels without charge. Our heating unit was problematic and would cause the circuit breaker to make a noise after a minute so we had to turn it on. The internet on the 2nd night was also patchy. When we reported these, the staff did not seem apologetic, their response was ok we'll take a look. It's not a big deal, but the staff were not very friendly, sometimes a little bit of smile goes a long way. Our location was the best though, like one min walk to the Cadorna train station and walkable to all the beautiful places around.
