Couldn't recommend this place more! We were here during the hottest part of summer, so the first thing that comes to mind is how great the AC was. We stayed in one of the private rooms. Between how kind and helpful Anvar was, the delicious breakfast prepared by the staff, the convenient locaton and peaceful green courtyard... This might be one of my favorite places I have ever stayed, it was such a wonderful introduction to Uzbekistan. I also fel that the pricing was very reasonable! Note that there is no longer a pool, just FYI.

Anvar and family was very hospitable. The place is family friendly, breakfast was provided and its a good place to stay :)

Great place

We had a nice stay at Anvar's Guests. The guesthouse has a cute courtyard with plants and birds (the birds can be a bit loud in the morning!), and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, with freshly cooked eggs and fresh fruit every day. The property is a little run down, though. The mattress was very hard - in general mattresses in Uzbekistan seem to be harder than what we're used to from Europe, but this was the hardest we experienced!

That is good place breakfast is good 15 mint walk for subway ..

Anvar was a wonderful host, very helpful for our first stop in our trip to Uzbekistan. He had a lot of advice and helped with some planning for later in outer trip. His breakfast and morning coffee was the best we had whole trip! His guest house is lovely and green and feels like a little oasis. I would definitely stay here again.

This guesthoouse has a very good location, and I found it to be easy to walk to both good dining options and various entertainment venues in Tashkent. The staff made sure both the dorm and the common areas were clean. I am certain I will book a stay at Anvar's Guests again in the future.

Convenient, and good service!

Excellent stay. Place is so unique and the staff is beyond polite. With people from around the globe, you really get to interact and make friends that last a lifetime. The breakfast is superb, the rooms are great for the value of money and there’s nothing negative that can be said. They really treat you like family and it’s a little home away from home. Highly recommend.
