Location was fantastic. Because we had a five night stay our room was not serviced so we had rather a lot of rubbish generated. TV in the downstairs room was not tuned so could not use it. Storage in built ins was not there until we asked and then was supplied with a drawer that did not fit frame. Our car was too big for the car lift so we had to use on street parking. Noe of these were huge issues but did detract from property.

Great stay and there was nothing to fault. 2 bedroom apartment was in the 14th floor which helped with the noise from trams/trains. Well equipped and comfortable apartment. I would recommend and would be happy to stay again if in the area again.

Honestly such lovely staff at the front desk, they were very hospitable towards me after my flight was cancelled and I would not make it there before they’d left. I love the electronic key access made me feel so safe and secure. Would stay again if I come back down
