Breakfasts were excellent. The location was excellent

Staff did make efforts to provide good service. Excellent location which is across the street from the Oktoberfest fair grounds. The breakfast was average but quality was expected for the price of room. My room (No. 21) was on the basement level, so there was water seeping out from the cracks in the floor tiles. The rate of leakage was about 300 milliliters per day. This may have been caused by light rains seeping under the foundation or broken pipes under the property. Luckily, I only stayed two nights. The one towel that was provided absorbed the floor water.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful.

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. If you are looking for a reasonable nice older Hotel this is a great opportunity.

Horrible hotel, Regular visitor, asks not to put me in room next to front door in basement, lady at reception refused, no customer loyalty, every time the front door hotel opened at night was slammed shut , making noise , couldn’t sleep, very uncomfortable bedding and pillows, hotel dated and had a bad smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone !!!

The reception is on the second floor with no elevator. I had to carry my luggage with me up to the reception first and then carry it back to the first floor where my room was. It would be great if it can be better organized and communicated before the check in. Everything else was just amazing.

Are was not nice. Furniture chipped and worn. Room was unbelievably small. Window looked out at storage yard of hotel next door. Trash from Oktoberfest all over neighborhood.
