一開始以親民的價格吸引我，離車站又近，就成了我到花蓮協助受災鄉民的首選。 行前剛好遇到鳳凰颱風來攪局，接著光復發布紅色警戒，致電說明可能無法前往，但已經過了退費期限，老闆霸氣幫我保留下次再入住；後來警戒解除，依計畫前往，又直接幫我客房升級為有窗戶的客房，感覺很讚！ 房間擺設充滿海洋風，藍色調剛好是我喜歡的，服務人員親切問候與回應，讓人下次還想再來！

員工很有工作熱誠呢! Check in 時阿鎮哥見我有中型行李, 二話不說便幫我搬到樓上, 那天三位員工清潔門外的浮雕最少四個小時, 外面都那麼認真, 房內的清潔就令人更有信心啦! 加上近火車站和cp值高,超讚的!

老闆服務很好，有交易疑問會幫忙主動查詢及協助。也很貼心，發現我們家有長者、怕長者行動不便，自動幫我們改住到低樓層。 不過可惜的是二樓的房間靠窗的部分打掃不確實，讓我和孩子晚上睡時被蟲咬😢⋯為這次行程中美中不足的地方⋯

Service is great. May be the unit we stayed has no window, so I felt warm and needed to turn on the fan.

lovely resident (theme Kitty).clean and peace. this place near train station and near starbucks coffee .you can go to night market or park by bus or taxi from here .

Creative hotel. No lift so not convenient for elderly.

Very pleasant hotel that is close to the HSR and very near to our daughter’s apartment. Parking is on the street but arranged by the very friendly staff. Rooms are all themed and very comfy. We were on the top floor per our request. This is not western style so mattresses are on the floor, but very comfortable. Hualien is a beautiful city with sites north and south. Car rental through car-plus is convenient and for our large group a must. Make sure you take interactive photos!

Funky and eclectic, overall a real treat. Easy walking distance to the Hualien Train Station. NOTE: breakfast isn't breakfast. It's a 50 NT voucher to the local breakfast place, down the street. It's possible to have a breakfast for the price of the voucher, but those not on a diet will want to spend roughly three times that amount.

This property is a very short walk away from the train station. It is well kept and the owner offered help to plan the trips around town. You can tell that the owner put in a lot of effort making the rooms special with the wall paintings and decorations. The beds in our room were hard in American standards, but worked fine for myself as I prefer harder bed. It was great value for the price we paid. The breakfast included is a NT$50 reduction at a breakfast eatery nearby.

The staff was very nice. Lobby and outside area with swing were beautiful. We stayed in the room with three beds called Upside Down. Decorated nicely. There was a bathroom in the room and a public one outside. Both were just okay. No enclosed shower. The beds were just too hard. I know that that's common, but they were the most uncomfortable beds we encountered on our trip. The room with the Greek designs on the walls and covers was much better, and the bathroom was new and had a nice shower. Try to get that room instead if you stay here. The room we stayed in should be priced for less than that one. Breakfast was good. You get coupons for a restaurant across the street. Have to pay for what you go over your vouchers.
