Good breakfast, good staff, room clean. There were 2 main problems that made me really upset. First and most important was because the the shower didn't drain properly, causing water to pool up past our ankles (I asked for a solucion in the front desk, but nothing happend). Second, there were no wall sockets near the bed, what is expected on a good hotel nowaday.

매우 훌륭해요 si bien el aire acondiconado no funciono bien destaco la calidez del personal para solucionarlo, puede pasar, pero la atencion fue de primera tanto como del personal de mantenimiento como el de las recepcion quer me hicieron pasar muy cuidado, un abrazo y los voy a recoendar sin duda

Great spot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little run down and unfortunately we were by the elevator so a bit loud. But the staff were very helpful and breakfast was great. Close to the main plaza but a little removed.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the first week of April. We got room 401 which was very spacious, had 2 balconies and a massive TV. The only thing I didn't like was the open plan bathroom concept.
Location is great, and you'll be able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was nice, lots of options and seating.
Unfortunately the outdoor pool, even on a very hot day, it was too cold to use. We didn't try the indoor one.

The hotel itself is great, a good location, nice restaurants, clean spacious rooms, and friendly/helpful staff. We only had two challenges, one was keeping the room at a comfortable temperature, appears it is controlled by the front desk and was either freezing or a bit warm. Our other challenge was with the conceige, Gustavo, who couldn't deliver on his commitment to provide and English tour of the Bonfonti winery. At the last minute we were told the English tour would be an additional $40 after we paid an agreed price. Qhe we pushed back he said it was all sorted but when we arrived there was no English tour. Gustavo tried to compensate with a bottle of wine, which was good, but still we felt deceived. Other than that, it was all good
