Air conditioning issue reported from day 1. We were not able to switch from Fan to AC option. The housekeeping explained us the air is controlled and we were not able to control it by ourself which it is unacceptable. It was very hot in Roma, 31 degree celcius. The room was very warm and very uncomfortable to be relaxed and rest. It is also very noise area.

The breakfast schedule was convenient, and the room and bed were very comfortable. The location is good; however, the area can be noisy due to emergency vehicle sirens. There is a trains station and marketplace nearby.

Great room, small bathroom. Had to constantly move around the bidet and toilet. Great spot although very hard to find. Rooms are located in one building, the breakfast in another. REALLY noisy- construction right outside and so you can’t open the curtains and get light or air inside. You can hear the workers start before 7. Hallways loud. Staff very friendly. Clean.
