The fire alarm kept going off (on and off for over 2 hrs). There appeared to be confusion about the residents should do, which was a little concerning . Other than that, an excellent hotel and service overall .

Staff very polite and helpful. Lovely view from room. Lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Some issues with room cleanliness but overall we had a good time. Staff were welcoming. Would book again but would choose a room with a river view as our window looked out to an alleyway.

Overall pretty good stay. View from the river suite really is incredible! There were a few hiccups, light in the bathroom didn't work when I first came in (though the staff fixed it same day) and the AC monitor wasn't working well so I kept having to ask reception to update it (temperatures really fluctuated while I was there). Bed was very comfortable, and room overall spacious, would probably stay again.

Great location. Well-maintained and very clean. Definitely a good value in central London.

Really enjoyed staying in the hotel - location was great for visiting South Bank. The room was clean, a little dark but comfortable. Air con took a little while to understand but was effective when temperatures rose above 30 degrees. Staff were approachable and friendly. We didn't have breakfast but did buy food in the cafe which was well priced and tasted good. Would recommend.

Really great stay at this hotel. Check-in was smooth, staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was clean, modern, aircon was a good addition that worked well and quickly. The bed was comfortable and spacious for two and blackout curtains worked well with no noise from outside. In the bathroom the shower was good pressure and temperature which is better than the drip you get out of some budget stays. Even though we had the 'Micro Studio' it made excellent use of space packing in a small kitchenette which would have been very handy if we'd stayed longer than the night. Amenities in the room like the iron/ironing board made all the difference and my friend said that the hair dryer was decent too. We used the free luggage storage option after checkout which was really helpful and saved us some bother. Highly recommend and happy to stay there again.

I checked in late and left early due to work commitments so didn't use all the hotel amenities - but the room was great, loved the kitchenette and the bathroom. Staff were super helpful and friendly too

We liked the view from the front suite looking over the Thames. The location was great. The air conditioning often was not working most of the time and was only controllable by the staff from a central location. Even when it was working it was very slow to take effect. The suite was way too warm to sleep well during our three night stay. All they could offer was a fan.
