Terrible! Very terrible! Don't book this accomodation or you cannot go out from the bath room.

I asked the hotel to prepare me a pick up service to the airport, but the driver didn’t show up for some reasons. However, the hotel gave a a complimentary breakfast instead, which I appreciated because i didn’t know where to go in my first day in Hanoi. Although troubles happen when you travel, this hotel is always there to serve you with whatever they can do for you. I’m sartisfied with the spring hotel alter all.

It was a pleasant stay. I only didn't like the room because it had no windows. The place is very far from shopping, dinning and destinations.

It was very comfortable room. Shower was strong and hot, so it hadn’t a problem.
