We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights 23rd-25th of may 2026 the reception staff are lovely. An issue with one of the nighttime staff but the daytime staff were straight on it and are working to get it solved but the hotel I can’t fault at all got everything we needed. Breakfast every morning and barebones it was for £2 for both nights so at £1 for breakfast I think is a massive bargain. Lorraine, Nathan, Louise are absolutely lovely staff. Very friendly and very helpful. The location is spot on close to everything. We will be returning at some point hopefully again this year.

훌륭해요 Room very small, however it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location for attending a show at the Opera House.

Only stayed for 1 night, convenient to walk to from car park to hotel.
Our room was on top floor, lift was fit for our purpose.
£20 for 1 small dog for 1 night!
Breakfast was ok
Room was small, cracks in the ceiling and the Shower mat was paper-single use only.
