그저 그래요 Hallway to our room was dimly lit The pool was closed. Hotel was dirty. At breakfast they had the burners for the eggs up to high they kept getting scorched. Was honestly shocked it was a Best Western in my eyes it was not what I would expect when booking a Best Western. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked really well. Did not feel safe in the area. I would stay again if I was passing through but would not stay longer than 1 night.

훌륭해요 Disappointed to see the pool was not working. However we were busy the entire time and didn’t have time. The front desk staff were helpful in us switching rooms because of bad springs in the bed. Breakfast and coffee were good and the area was quiet.

훌륭해요 It is a nice place to stay for a 2 or 3 nights, if your goal is just to sleep in the room. Surprisingly they have a good collection of TV channels to pass the time too.

만족해요 The staff interactions were pleasant no issues. There was no microwave or hairdryer as advertised in our room. We were there for two nights would have been nice to be able to have these as advertised. Also the pool was not available as it had no water in it. Appeared to be used by many as a residence. We did not do the free breakfast cant comment on that.

Bathroom doors don't have locks, was not comfortable while sharing room with friend's family, no action taken after noticed that to front desk,
No one informed at checking that no housekeeping without request, ended up bringing towels each day and changing the trash in room

This hotel is sick and terrible！
The previous guest left food in the fridge. They changed the room for us. We stayed two nites. They didn‘t clean the rooms for 1st nite. I wonder if they cleaned u p the room to begin with. I told the front de s k the desk lamp was broken. S he said she couldn’t change the room again for me. I told her I just want her to fix the lamp. She said she would find somebody to fix it the next day and the lamp was never fixed before we left.
The table in breakfast area was sticky. I had to use napkin as table cloth.
