This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place.

Nice and clean. The owner is easy to talk to thru messages and the caretaker is very friendly and helpful.
The only concern is the road leading to the property, it has a rough road.

Perfect getaway stay for Baguio. Once you get to Loakan, use Waze! As getting there the first time is a bit tricky.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here. It wasn’t too far from the places we wanted to visit, and the host was very friendly and helpful with giving directions when we got lost. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the transient house A. It was good but it needs detailed cleaning. The sofa covers need to be washed. Some kitchen stuffs like can opener and knives need to be upgraded. The electric kettle doesn’t shut off automatically. Might need replacing. The road was not so great. Caretaker was great and friendly. Overall, it was okay considering the price.
