I had an excellent stay at Hotel Krakow during a trip with my sister, and the whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, giving us the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and every detail felt thoughtfully looked after. Staying here made our trip even more special, and I would happily recommend Hotel Krakow to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a memorable experience.

We arrived late for check-in and were exhausted after flying from California via Denmark to Krakow, so the complementary late check-out of 2 p.m. without charge was really helpful. Our son's wife had stayed there, so we knew the hotel and are glad that we also stayed there instead of the now-too-expensive hotels at the airport.

Clean rooms and well equipped. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Very good hotel and the kitchen is tasty

Breakfast buffet looked fantastic. The location was convenient- 10 minutes from the Bronowice train stop, 1 minute from the bus stop, and next to 2 large stores. Which also means it wasn’t in a pretty area. It could have been noisy, but I didnt hear it through the windows.
