The room was modern, clean, and spacious (double queen). The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. We came for a concert at Centre Ball, which was only a block or so away. We even walked the mile to Old Montreal, which was easy enough in good weather. The only thing I didn’t like was the frequent loud squeaking of water pipes that occurred around the clock - not sure what that was about and if it happens at every floor level (this was on 21st floor). Also, the man tending the lower floor souvenir shop was incredibly unfriendly and we avoided the shop throughout our stay after one visit.
