My husband and I had such an amazing stay! We were in the Kohaku room with a semi-open air ones and traditional Japanese bedroom. Miki-san was our hostess for the evening and she was so kind and welcoming. The keiseki dinner is a must have! The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. We wish we would have stayed an extra night.

This property is superb in every respect. From reception to dining to the location of the property, you could not ask for a better traditional style place to stay. We had a lake side view which was beautiful.
The traditional Japanese style dinner was a great decision. Staff is very, very helpful and courteous.
Housekeeping kept the room immaculately clean

Very nice hotel with great onsen facility. You can enjoy view of Mt. Fuji while onsen. Our reservation included dinner which was served in our room so we ca enjoy dinner after onsen in our room. Fantastic meals. Highly recommended.
