Wonderful place, great location.

Perfect location, no AC but it was still pretty cool in the room, despite a 90 degree day. The staff were lovely. Very easy.

Amazing location. Beautiful room. Friendly family run business.

Get ready to hike, the property is on a challenging hill, "IF" you're not used to steep hills although not to far of a walk. But just 20m away, is the most magical piazza, and Duomo. Just needs any form of cooling, everything else was beautiful, perfect location the proprietor was extremely nice and helpful.

This is a fantastic place to stay and just a few steps from the Siena Cathedral. We had two rooms and both rooms’ windows opened to the Cathedral view. The bedrooms have very nice furniture and very comfortable beds. The sheets and towels are very good quality. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. We did not have breakfast (we usually skip breakfast) but they offer breakfast.

Great location. Room was very clean

Great location. Room spacious and clean. Personnel friendly and great service walkable to best historic places. Could find something better

This B&B is fabulously located downtown although hills and walking are part of staying in Siena. Hosts are very helpful. It is possible to call a cab early morning although we asked our hosts to call for us. It may be possible at other times although the path is very crowded. Otherwise it is about a 15min walk to the bus station and 30min walk to the train station using the free multi-tier escalator. The accommodations are eclectic but not so much considering the age of the building. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was such a perfect location! Quiet to sleep, great A/C! The staff was very nice! Place was exceptionally clean!

I had a fantastic experience and would recommend highly.
