Enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a night away in manchester

Great place to be on a mixed work leisure trip. Good wifi, a kitchen equipped with good appliances, nice bathroom. It really feels like a studio apartment more than a hotel room. Very cozy. I loved the design. The location is perfect too, super close to the train station, Canal Street, shops, restaurants, and close to Campuses. All walking distance. Fully recommend. And I’ll be back :)

Perfect for our trip

Horrible experience. I paid a high price for 1 Family Room for one night. It was supposed to be a nice suite, expensive but I was ok with it Got there told the Lift was broken so gave us 2 rooms instead. Hotel looks schetcky like a Motel. Dated, pink rooms; horrible NO A/C!! It was not Anounce anywhere. Hot, dated, for $650 !?!?! We left immediately. Still waiting for my reimbursement for a stay I never did

Room was clean but needed a bit of renovating. Staff at bar said said you check in by a tablet the check in process was simple on the tablet and it gave us a room number the challange was where was the room we eneded up going through a door that had rooms in to find that was corridor C not J that smelt of weed we then worked out there was multiple corridors with different letter but non sign posted clearly. When we go to J no elevator and we were on floor 4 it was lucky we were able bodied otherwise we had no one to speak to about it. On our return from the night out we wondered if we could have a drink at the bar but the staff just looked at us and went into the back so we decided to just go bed Room was a lounge and bedroom no tv in bedroom and it was roasting hot but in fairness the room had fans in which we used to cool it down. The floors were all stained and the colour of the walls were a smokers yellow which was not very inviting. We had a full kitchen in the room which was a suprise but the plates were to big for the cupboard so the doors wouldnt close. We were not sure if we had breakfast included or not as we did filter on breakfast but we ended up just leaving as no one to ask. Overall for the price the service really did let it down and its a good central location but I dont think we will stay there again as there is better customer focused hotels for the same or cheaper price point
