Nice location in Normandie

Great accommodations for our large family (2 separate units nearby each other). The check-in process was a bit challenging as we had some communication issues about us having two separate units reserved. (They only provided one initially.) This appears to be largely used as a time-share facility for senior citizens, but it worked very well for our large, young family.

Très bien et aquifère très sympathique.

It was in a good location. Upstairs was small but doable. Downstairs bath smelled moldy. Staff on works 6-hours a day with two hours off for lunch. I had trouble with the WiFi password they gave me at 7pm. No one was there to help. Next day they told me that it sometimes doesn't work. I said there was no one to help me. The lady told me they have a life too.

I didn't get my room the first night and had to book into another hotel , because the phone number to reception where I was staying was wrong. It was for their sister hotel. This is the number supplied by Expedia email. The next day I went to check in being 500 euros out of pocket. They couldn't locate my house key as someone else had taken it. I ended not staying in my allocated room and shared with my colleague. I am now absolutely livid as im massively out of pocket and it has ruined my holiday. An absolute farce, I will not be using again. I would like a total refund of my money plus the 500 euros I had to spend for the first night!!!!!!!!

Bon acceuil à l'écoute du client. confort restreint pour 6 personnes, notamment la salle de bain.

Spacious but basic accommodation. The kitchen/ living area is good and there is a pleasant outside seating area. However, the bathroom is disappointing and the only toilet was downstairs ( a steep staircase) The main drawback is the fact that you have to make up and strip your own beds. Not what I expect from a 4* accommodation. Having said that, the pool is great. Be aware that reception closes at 7pm so later check ins need to be mindful. While we were there TV reception was limited even for the basic French TV channels. There are no English TV channels.

Basic but clean and a good base for exploring Normandy

House was clean and comfortable. A bit of a walk from the parking to the house, which was not well-lit at night.
