This hotel is fantastic, we travelled with our 2 pups and our teenage daughter. The staff member was very kind and helpful, we had to changed rooms as there was a couple of issues with the first one, nothing super bad, just an item that had been left in the fridge that had gone off, and the aircon in that room wasn't working very well. The man at the desk was very apologetic and gave us a bigger room too! We paid for half board, this time I wish we hadn't because the evening meal wasn't to our taste... usually they do a buffet, however as we were the only 3 they had dining that evening, they didn't and just gave us a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts, of which, we only only enjoyed the main which was 3 small, thin lamb chops and a handful of fries! The room itself was very spacious, the layout well thought out, and clean, as was the bathroom... they even put a bit of plastic round the toilet seat so you know it has been cleaned. The shower was over the bath, it was very strong and easy to use, however it didn't stay up so unless you are under 4ft, you had to gold it to wash your hair and body. Breakfast in the morning was nice, loads of choice with hot and cold options. Eerything was clean and easy to find. Staff again, very kind and helpful. Parking, that is a bit of an issue, we have a big people carrier type car and only parking is across the road, and it's a little tight, but we found a spot and it wouldn't put us off booking again.

Helpful friendly staff nice big room but no coffee tea facilities in room although vending machine at reception was available.Perfect location for getting around bus stop outside hotel and metro down the road as well as consum store close by thank you for a great stay

We had a great experience Everything was clean and staff was super helpful with providing information about metro/bus, location or grocery store and booking a taxi for us!

Excellent buffet, chambre vieillissante mais très propre, tout prêt du métro.

Location is near to metro about 5mins walk. Poor wifi. Bath room / toilet - Do not have drain , if you bath and water got out the whole floor is wet. Only good is that allow early check in when room is ready

Staff at check in and check out were very rude. Never coming back.

Nice place to stay very clean

Camas muy pequeñas, el personal no le importa acomodar al Cliente, la refrigeradora no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado era central entonces estaba muy caliente

Yes breakfast was nice.
