Small room but had all we needed. The AC did not work but we just opened a window and decided not to report to front desk to avoid hassle. Front desk was 24/7 and friendly.

It’s very good

Room is very small. Towels were not ready on arrival as they were still being washed, despite checking in after check in time. Shower door did not shut properly. There is not a closing door on the bathroom, just a door that pulls across and therefore you can see into the bathroom when someone is using the toilet. The floor in the reception area was wet and there was no signs out to indicate it had been cleaned, therefore I slipped and fell, injuring my knee. Not a great stay.

Amazing service, Staff was great, Location was pretty and convenient. Close to alot of stuff like market, café, and metro.

Very small room, bathroom and elevator. Can’t even walk normally in room, bathroom and elevator can’t even be 2 persons

First of all, it doesn't have very clear GPS location and I spent 15 minutes to coordinate with the help of other IBIS person and get the address. For the space of aprox 15-20 sq mtr, this hotel charged EURO 124, which is not very attractive. I felt continuous sound of shoes while walking on the upper floor. Breakfast is not that great but can adjust to fill the gap. Another good gesture that they offered me a coffee at no charge, as I was about leave at 6.30 am for the airport. Only Good part is that the Metro Mairie de Clichy is just 3 minutes walk a way.
