훌륭해요 To be honest, If the rates were $400-500 a night it would be a 9 - but at $700 per night I can only rate it a 7. Most areas of the hotel looked tired and needed a new coat of paint or varnish. The room we had was clean and tidy, but lacklustre and needed new carpet and a freshen of the balcony. There were spiderwebs on the balcony and walkways, a couple of cockroaches in our room, the blanket on the bed was old and fraying, the spa in our room was not cleaned each day, and the seafood we had at the restaurant was overcooked. Everything, including staff, was pleasant, but nothing was outstanding - overall a pretty average stay.

It was nice and clean and the pool side atmosphere on the Friday afternoon was fun however there is some minor issues , the first being the lack of enthusiasm or help from reception. I have to say the staff were a bit hit and miss with their hospitality. The hotel needs work a refresh as it’s classed as a 5 star and I certainly didn’t see or experience any 5 star perks .
