Over all the stay of 2n there were good, roomy & clean room with good view. Only not fully satisfied with the breakfast we paid for, no cover or heating container for hot dishes ie egg & pancake..so all food were cold, and has not much selection. The lady serving there was very nice that she made fresh scramble eggs for us. Specialty coffee are all u can drink.

First room had no A/C. So, we changed rooms. 2nd room had one set of towels for 2 people. They brought another set promptly. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes were cold. There was no waffle maker. But there were plenty of breads/pastries. There were no direction signs to get there. The train station was under construction, so the path to get there was not easy. After finding it the first time, it was easy to find later.

I would have judged everything about this hotel as excellent, but for an incident shortly before I left. The hotel is in a superb location, easy to get to by car, and with good parking facilities close by. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. After checking out on my final day, I asked a member of staff for a coffee to go. She happily agreed, but when she brought it to me she apologized and told me I would have to pay since breakfast had ended at 10 am, and it was now 10.10 am. It became apparent that the man on the desk for breakfast had issued this order. He had been a looming and unwelcoming presence throughout, and would not budge when I complained to him. A little flexibility and common sense was called for. And so I left the hotel with my impressions marred by unnecessary rigidity.

The room was modern and large with comfortable bedding. The proximity to the train was perfect for our stay.
