Perfect location for all travellers, whether for business or leisure. The staff is what sets this hotel apart from others. Amazing and extremely helpful staff. Especially Lucy on the front desk! I’ll certainly be back :)

I love the hospitality you get from the moment you get check in and out. Kudos to the front office team. They are very engaging. Bright, Cloud, and Lucy are truly amazing and helpful! I could not expect any better hotel than Bonjour in old quarter. Service was top notch!

Excellent staff and location. It was located in the heart of old quarter and easy to walk outside and be in the middle of everything. The free breakfast option was great and a decent variety of options. Would recommend this property for anyone on a budget wanting to be in the middle of old quarter.

Very nice and comfy hotel in the old quarter. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful, especially Ms. Bright, who helped me with a pen and paper. Overall very good place for the price.

Lucy was so helpful when helping us check in! She was friendly and was also extremely quick. We didn’t even stay the night because we had an overnight bus so we rented a room just to shower and relax, so we asked for an early check in the night prior and they were able to acommodate! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, it was in a great location, and the price was super reasonable! Honestly can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a place to stay in Hanoi.
