Beautiful big clean room, the bathroom was particularly nice. Breakfast was phenomenal. They have a dedicated gluten free area as well.

A resort with serenity, excellent food but most importantly such courteous, polite and super efficient staff- we are regular travellers and can safely we have never seen time being valued as here. Whether it was room service, front desk, luggage move, maintenances, everything was literally within a couple of minutes. This is a large resort and a popular one too so very impressed that they maintain such high standards despite the flow. Breakfast was amazing; with many local and international options. The local in season fruits were fresh and delicious. We had a couple of meals in the room like simple mushroom and truffle pasta; heavenly!!! We were touched by the extra help and genuine smiles each staff offered our disabled son. We were provided with a wheelchair (as soon as we got out of the car!) for the whole duration of 4 nights stay plus offered to take it outside the resort too. Our son was not well on the day of check out so we had to request to stay longer. Another room was arranged for us to move into immediately plus complimentary chicken porridge offered for our unwell son too. A big sincere thank you from the Rahman family to every single staff at front desk, arrival area who received luggage, cleaners, gardeners, spa staff and breakfast staff. Thank you Maya Sanur for making Bali memorable ❤️

Another stay at Maya Sanur, and once again it was absolutely wonderful. This trip was a little different as J is recovering from broken ribs and needed plenty of rest. Fortunately, Maya was the perfect place to slow down and recharge. We stayed in a Lagoon Room and quickly settled into a beautiful routine: wake up, coffee, swim, rest, breakfast, beach walk, rest, lunch, rest, a little shopping, rest, cocktails, rest, dinner, live music, and more rest. It was exactly what we needed. The entire experience was relaxing, peaceful, and effortless. The staff were warm and attentive, and the resort itself is beautifully maintained. I also treated myself to a massage and facial at the spa, which was exceptional. My skin feels healthy, refreshed, and happy. A special mention to Kuu – the Japanese food is simply divine and remains one of our favourite dining experiences in Sanur. Thank you to the whole Maya team for another memorable stay. We leave feeling rested, cared for, and already looking forward to coming back.

Very beautiful resort, the nature itself is so beautiful that you could only stay in the resort and enjoy. There are multiple swimming pools with great view, the spa is incredibly memorable since it's in an open area with the sound of nature.

Maya Sanur is an amazing hotel. Its a beautiful layout and design. The rooms are large and well appointed with near private balconies surrounded by vegetation. The staff and food are exceptional.

The Maya Sanur is a lovely hotel, with much thought on the small details. Breakfast was a good buffet offering something far all nationalities, the staff are very attentive and will always go out of their way to find what you want. We had a nest suite, which was immaculate, and our cleaner always did an excellent job to keep it so. The pool area is also lovely looking, however my only gripe would be it’s not a tranquil area, it’s always full of kids, so if you are a person who likes a quiet pool to chill and read, this may not suit you, but would say it’s a fantastic hotel with good local access to the beach and local bars and restaurants

Stunning property in the best location in Sanur. Fab food and service. Loved the Lagoon pool room. Hope to return!
