If you're going to Cleveland clinic they have shuttles to take you there in the morning and to the public and the mall. That's s big plus. Staff friendly and helpful.y 3 rd time there would return for hospital visit because location is so close.

Clean room for a handicapped person, amenities excellent, layout of room excellent. All the conveniences of home. Staff was wonderful, very accommodating. I love all Marriott facilities; this one is exceptional. I never stayed in a Residence Inn. I plan on going to Coral Springs, FL. in September. I plan to book the same. I am so glad I joined Bonvey.

Breakfast is good, staff is friendly i will say there are alot of elderly folks that stay at this hotel so you definitely want to be considerate. Basketball court was good for my kids and swimming pool was always a plus and clean and empty.
