The room was cute, clean and nice. To where the hotel was situated; no complaints.

It is good for short trip like 1 night. The building needs to be renovated again. But over all good.

Stay away from this hotel. It smells, the staff are rude, the carpet is like wood, the walls are yellow in need of paint and have holes in. The room only got cleaned once on a three day stay, the towels are rough and the amenities in the rooms don’t work

This property is just like from a horror film. People were nice though. Would avoid - plenty of other hotels in the area.

Room is a little shabby - the walls need painting and windows do not close fully. Pictures do not fully reflect the room

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel, and the fact you charged me 700£ pre covid for this is disgusting. I used half my credit and i still have half left. Absolutely awful service. Bed bugs crawling actively on the bed! A window above the bed DID not even close never mind lock. Safe broken! Shower you couldn’t use due to the way it was angled, didn’t spray down but straight up the wall?! The smell of fish & bin bags, and the carpets showed stains from binbags being dragged through the corridor. I wouldn’t even allow a dog to stay here! I will be reporting this to health and trading standards! How you even advertise this hotel!!! And not refund money is appauling! The fact you STILL hold my money due to cancelling from covid is an absolute liberty!! I HAD TO PAY AN ADDITION 300£ to stay else where in berlin!!!! As it was not hygenic enough for a human to stay in!!!

I paid extra for a double bed and ended up with a single bed. No blind on window to hide the light coming in had to put a towel on the window.

Bed hard as a rock. Only internet by the front desk. The lady in the mornings was nice but others often rude. The room was clean and the cleaning lady was cool.Moral of the story. You get what you pay for.

There was no internet through my entire stay. No alternative was offered nor an attempt to fix the net. Unacceptable as this place was advertised with internet so it was included in the price. Also, I was given the smallest attic room possible. The soup holder was unusable. TV service in English was payed. Just way under par for the money due to poor management !!!
