만족해요 Mystery reddish pink something was splattered on the ceiling (maybe salsa??), missing shade on the ceiling light fixture, peeling wallpaper, bathtub faucet was set a good inch and a half off the wall, messy caulking in the shower… shampoo container and lotion were completely empty when we got in. Not enough towels for occupants…
For $200 a night, it was really underwhelming.

훌륭해요 Rooms cleanliness was good. Shower water temp could not be adjusted as the cold water could not be increased.
Breakfast was very good. Bertie who was in charge did an excellent job.
Front desk staff was ok. Has safe ample parking.
Highway 15 Access was convenient.

Staff, rooms, and building in general was friendly, clean and nice. The main elevator was extremely slow and hot! Breakfast in the morning was meh. Decent selection but the sausage patties were cold right out of the tray and we didn't feel safe eating them. Other food was very hit or miss, sealed store-bought yogurt was good.

Unfortunately, our room was not clean. There was a layer of visible dust on both the desk and TV stand - not just a little dust, but enough that you could literally draw in it. The toilet had not been properly cleaned, and there was hair on the seat.
We also chose this hotel because it advertised laundry facilities, but they were out of service. It sounded like the machines have been down for some time, which was disappointing since this was an important amenity for us while traveling.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness and unavailable amenities made for a disappointing stay.

The front desk was rude, impolite and unprofessional. The hand sanitizer dispenser on the 4th floor as you walked out of the elevator was leaking all over the floor, the bed in my room was half made. There was dirty toilet paper in the toilet and hair in the bathtub drain to the point that the shower wouldn’t drain properly. There was also dirt and hair on the pillow cases as if they remade the bed instead of washing the sheets after the last guests left. I have stayed there many times, but this was definitely the last time. Sorry to see it go down hill so fast.

Rooms are dark. It is older. It was fine for 1 night, I wouldn't want to stay longer than that. No smart TV and took hot water at least 7 minutes to get to the sink and shower.
