Although the hotel was generally well presented, and the staff were friendly, I was disappointed with some problems with my room and the lack of response. The window blind was broken, room very dusty (from the ceiling fan) and shower tray overflowed very quickly. However, the staff were helpful with storing luggage, and the hotel was very conveniently located right by a U-bahn station which meant getting around was very easy.

Everything was ok

This is a lovely little hotel. The location is away from the city but you literally have a train station at your doorstep. Lovely little eateries close by, and major supermarkets a couple of stations away. It was perfect for our stay in Berlin

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, friendly staff

We didn’t check the location which was quite a distance from city center, however, the front desk staff were absolutely fabulous

Overpriced and not a good value for what you get. Breakfast was marginal at best.

Nice staff. Good no frills stay.

This was a last minute booking due to a missed connection. The hotel is relatively close to BER airport. Clean and comfortable.
