Jackie was fantastic

Rooms are very comfortable. Pool and beach area were great. Cocktails and food were good… but not great.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed with my wife. It’s worth paying the extra money when booking to get the breakfast. If you know you’ll spend a good bit of money here, get one of the cards that they offer. We got the gold card and it was worth it. We really enjoyed the food at The View restaurant. We were able to meet the chef and he seemed like a good guy. Something that I didn’t enjoy about the restaurant is that for the staff says that it’s 750 per person but the front reception desk staff will say it’s 500. I’m not sure if the restaurant is owned by a different company than the resort. If not, it’s weird that it’s different prices. The views in the morning over looking the sea are nice. Since there were many hours of travel, we did appreciate that everything we needed was in a centralized location. We did one of the shorter tours. The massage at the end was intense. We decided the day before that we wanted to get married on the resort. The event manager, Air, was able to get us a ceremony pulled together and everything was beautiful. We got married on the beach and the staff was a part of the wedding. Also, the staff member, Fon, was a part of the wedding and took great care of us anytime we were in the restaurant. We appreciated how accommodating and welcoming everyone was, the food, and the views. We will definitely be back.

Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained with good amenities provided. Staff were attentive and helpful, treats left in room each evening. Breakfast was 10 out of 10 for variety and quality so good with the sea view location. Recommend resort for a quiet relaxing g get away. Easy to taxi to any where on island.

Room was lovely and staff were very friendly. Kevin was very nice and organised a lovely table for us on the beach for the BBQ night and was very kind and friendly to our kids. Kaji at reception was also very friendly. The buffet breakfast was perfect.

What a wonderful hotel: nice, I mean really nice people, great pool villa, fantastic food!

Everything was perfect

Absolutely wonderful hotel, the staff go above and beyond, just loved everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. If I can think of just one improvement, it would be to have a bar open after dinner in the evening as after dinner everyone seems to just disappear either out to Fisherman’s village or to bed, so would be nice to have a bar just to sit and enjoy a cocktail

We had an amazing stay at the Melati! It’s slightly tucked away but close to night life and markets etc which was perfect for us. It’s situated on a lovely small bay with one other bar/restaurant so away from the crowds of some of the other beaches. Staff were amazing at the Melati, friendly and welcoming the whole time, breakfast was also too good!!!! We would definitely come again if we returned to Koh Samui.

If you want to be charged exorbitant prices for literally every single thing and eat mediocre food at New York prices, then this place is for you.
