The breakfast and the team down in the breakfast room made it a 5 star experience, great coffee and great spread of Italian goodies. Mostly cold food but hot dishes. There is a lovely little outside area to enjoy one of best hotel breakfasts i had in a while. The receptionist on arrival was functional rather than Friendly and when I wanted to ask a quick query they prioritiesed a telephone. I had single room, narrow bed and near the elevators so some noise coming into the room. So breakfast team overall made this a good experience. The waiter is a comedian

the friendly and helpful staff. excellent hotel and cold breakfast selection and large room and large private bathroom. convenient location 10 minutes from most key sites. free parking

Did not honor my reservation payment through Hotels.com, and charged me for a booking that had already been paid for in advance.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Beautiful, spacious & clean rooms. The staff was so nice and helpful…really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great location, easy to walk to all the main spots. Amazing breakfast buffet. We parked right out front, so easy. Can’t wait to come back & stay longer!

Great friendly staff, quirky and nice building

We enjoyed a 2-night stay here. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable and good shower water pressure. Breakfast that was included was ok, nothing special & no hot food the 2nd day. We had to park in street w a parking pass so that was a little tricky but found spaces. They were redoing parts of the front entrance so there was work going on the days we were there. Overall it was good spot for us and a nice hotel.

The head waiter in the restaurant that only served breakfast was such a gentleman and funny

The staff is exceptionally helpful and polite. They went out of their way to help. Hotel could use onsite restaurant or room service. You have to walk to city center if you want lunch or dinner.

Perfect location just outside central Modena

Was here for one night due to being moved but was great at both locations. Bed was a bit hard and could’ve had more pillows overall nice, walkable location with helpful friendly staff.
