The staff were extremely helpful and kind. And the room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location has mountain facing views. Parking is 15 a night however the downtown area including aquarium and Anakeesta is walking distance so you save those parking fees. Room very roomy had a fire place super cozy. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Across the street is a river so pretty and you can walk next to it. Also the sky lift is even closer so book and enjoy!

Great location close to the main strip and nice river walk.

The lobby was clean and the staff was nice but that was about it. I paid extra for the king suite w/balcony and jetted tub to have a romantic weekend with my husband for our anniversary. Needless to say, it was far from that. Parking lot is very small. The tub had a brown slimy film that went all the way around it; it was obvious the inside hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and a few towels had what looked like black mascara stains. The furniture on the patio was full of holes and the bathroom had holes in the wall and shower, and black nastiness on the counter top. Also, the lamp in our room had a blown bulb. The room and bathroom definitely needs a lot of improvemen. Also, trash cans in hallway by entrance doors were overflowing with trash and this was at 6:30-7am. We were also unable to use the pool. Per the hours posted, it should have been open but the door was locked and there wasn’t a sign posted advising why it was closed. Also, the hotel advertised a restaurant on site. This is not a real restaurant. We went for breakfast and the breakfast was basically just like the free breakfasts other hotels provide - except with less choices and they charge you for it. To make it worse, they have a senior gentleman as the server who is not friendly at all. Maybe he was having a bad day, but sure didn’t make us feel like we were wanted there. The last few experiences I have had Hilton hotels have not been the greatest and this will be our last time ever staying in one.

Good location. The balcony faced towards other rooms so wasn't much of a mountain view even though that was selected at checkout out. Other than that rooms were clean and it was walkable to most things we were interested in.

Great property! Super clean

Cozy place, home away from home. The friendliest staff and super clean. Peaceful location but just a couple min walk to the middle of town. Highly recommend!
