Everything was fantastic ! Staff, food, rooms, and more

Mai samui or like “Hotel Mal Sewage Samui” hotel and room are filthy, the pool is unusable and has trash in it. they offered a shuttle to the city. The took us there, told us to wait at the meeting spot in city at 4:30pm and we did, just to find out they forgot about us and didn’t come to us until after 5:15pm. we have no hot water in room. we had no water at all in room yesterday. there is a broken door lock in our room leading to outside and it’s a safety issue. The hotel is dirty and not well kept with lots of maintenance issues. Mosquitos in room, Squeaky bed, dated and worn furniture

Great location, friendly staff, quiet, good sunset beach view

Pool war sehr dreckig, Zimmer, Bad, kein Sandstrand, sehr schlimm war aber der Pool, Frühstück war schlecht, also nicht im Rahmen eines 4 Sterne Hotels.

Bed was broken, no action taken. Disappointed about customer care. Hotel itself is amazing

Everything is good except. The internet is terrible, the water pressure in taps and shower is not good, and the hotel is far from the city.
