Check in was swift. Room was okay, however, I was disappointed about bathroom doors not having locks or locks in the shower as water tends to come out and soak the floor. We noticed thats the sides were leaking as well when we shower and the ceiling does too because of probably condensation from the airconditioning unit. But the staff were accommodating and the food was great so overall still a good experience.

Room was clean, staff were great, parking was available. The breakfast buffet wasn't impressive. I don't remember how much I paid for the included breakfast but I would have rather eat elsewhere.

만족해요 There was a damp smell throughout the floor and the carpet was ripped in random locations with big patches missing. There isn't anything super special about this hotel to make it so much more expensive than the other 14 hotels I stayed at over the last year. My suggestion would be stay for 1 night to say you tried, but you'll see that spending more doesn't always get you more.

First time staying here and it won't be the last. The hotel is very clean, my room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the pool is fantastic. I wish i had spent some time in the lobby bar.
But hands down -- THE STAFF ARE THE BEST! Every single staff member was the most polite, the most friendly, the most helpful, and the most professional out of all the "major" hotels I've stayed at in the city!

Great location everything is walkable, outstanding staff all around, couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower though…. And 450 pesos at the bar for a small bottle of Sapporo? Across the street at the store it’s 100, so that’s a bit ridiculous beer?
