The accommodation was clean but tired however, the good location offset the tired look of the place. Make sure you turn the shower off completely and shut the shower door properly. I didn't and the water splashed on to the tiles resulting in me slipping and having a nasty fall.

VERY RELAXING QUIET AN CLEAN

Everything that you should reasonably need was there in a good condition, from a smart tv to a full length mirror and a nice outdoor veranda!

Nice quiet place to stay tram out the Front Shopping Center, Across The Road pretty good

The rooms are great for the price. Very clean and well maintained. Check in after hours is easy if you let the hotel know beforehand.

Generally good but VERY NOISEY between rooms & outside surrounds.

Room was clean. Any dirty dishes & cutlery were replaced for you after use. Bed was comfortable. Parking undercover

I'm sure the other reviews have to be from fake bookings to Expedia via management to get such a high rating. I travel 6 months a year rely on reviews and this place is no where even a 6 rating our of 10. Staff couldn't speak english or help on check in. Room wasn't ready at 3pm, tried to show me another room which wasn't what I booked. Waited another 39 minutes sitting in our car ( due to rain and didn't want to lose the last car park) to have access to our room. Carpet was old and needed a good steam clean. Noise from tram to late at night was terrible. Bathroom was dirty and needed a deep clean also. The outside was flooded several times during our stay due to rain and my child slipped over a few times on the tiles to and from our room. Noisy neighbours and the area surrounding didn't seem safe to me. Yes there is a new shopping centre but it's 5 minutes walk on a busy road and shouldn't be the only draw card to the motel. Also they charged $100 for room extras on my card not a pre-authorisation. Staff couldn't explain and I had to chase on check out for this. Information needs to be clearer on Expedia site for this motel and perhaps have staff that can explain and talk in English. We only choose this place due to its "star rating" close to private hospital but there are many more same priced places that looked better and cleaner. Don't stay here.

The TV had no reception. Couldn't watch TV. The toilet too close to shower. Im not very big and still struggled to comfortably sit. Apart from that good
