Terrific location, very clean, lovely staff.

What a treat to stay in this fabulous suite. I thought it would be a little kitchenette alongside a living room but not at all. A fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, plus a large living room and bedroom. The single sofa bed was very comfortable and supportive. The main kingsize bed also v comfy. The place was spotless. Just perfect and so central - we walked everywhere. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Can’t recommend this place highly enough and looking forward to a return visit

The property is in a fantastic location.The room was clean(one of my absolute most important things). We had a corner room so windows on both sides. The rooms are very small typical of Europe. There is no chairs, table or couch to sit in the room. It would’ve been nice to have something to sit by the French balcony. There is no dresser or closet only one hook on the wall to hang anything.. There are no amenities . There is no restaurant, no vending machines to get a drink,no ice machine in the hotel ,no fridge in the room and no coffee maker. They have what they call a lounge it is awful and you would never sit in it old furniture on the fourth or fifth floor. There is no lobby in the hotel and no one working in the hotel after 8.We we were able to check in early and there was a very nice young lady that checked us in. The shower was very large and nicely finished, but the floor was dangerously slippery so just a warning if you’re showering it was beautiful shower but very slippery. I don’t want to sound negative because it was a nice place to stay, but these are just the things that people should know about it. I would stay there again.

The location is PERFECT!

The room is small but very comfy. The staff is very helpfull. The best location, it is very easy to go around lisbon and near metro.

We arrived at 1am and I advised the hotel that we would be arriving after their 10:30 pm front desk closure. They gave me all of the entry information for the front door and room, it was exceptional. We were only there for one night, they held our bags as we roamed around the neighborhood the next day. This is in an excellent location with all of the tourist sightseeing just blocks away, close to so many restaurants and cafes.

The location is perfect

This hotel is in a wonderful position but it isn’t for everyone. It lacks some features that we found a bit frustrating. No kettle or coffee maker. Tea upstairs but no milk, sugar or coffee. Strange water plumbing for the wash basin. Unsuitable valves. If tightened to stop dribbling they were too tight for my wife to turn on. We missed not having a bar but knew this when we booked. The airport shuttle isn’t. They just arrange a taxi. We switched to Uber as it was unreasonably expensive. €40 vs €14. We were given the wrong instructions on walking to the sister property.
