This boutique hotel located on a central and tree lined street in La Condesa was perfect. The staff was super attentive and the hotel is modern and clean. Bars and restaurants in the area were also fantastic. We had originally booked another hotel in the area and it was three times as much. So glad we took the chance and booked AR218.

I already left a review on google maps but every5hing was outstanding, alejandro at the reception desk, the quality of shampoo and conditioning, the room, the extra large towels. The great location, everything was great, ill definitely stay there again

AR218 is centrally located in Condessa near many great restaurant options. Very clean, quiet, decent gym amenities and very friendly staff. My stay was very comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. I would definitely stay at this property again. It has a great roof top for hanging out.

Hello, thank you for your follow up email. Yes, we had a very comfortable and relaxed stay at AR 218. The rooms were modern, spacious, very clean and centrally located within La Condesa. Your staff was extremely helpful, friendly and alway willing to address any requests and questions. We truly enjoyed our visit to beautiful Mexico and we would definitely recommend this hotel and stay at AR 218 again! Beautiful neighborhood, quite and accessible to great food and amenities and only 20-35 minutes from the historic center, great museums and so much more! Thank you!!! Best, Claudia M.

Incredible hotel. The location was perfect, safe, and clean. The Starbucks was a perk and the staff was very attentive. Would 100% stay here again.
