훌륭해요 It was very hot and they forgot to put a fan in my room but when ask one was supplied, the doors on the outside keep banging when other guests coming or going and the noise from some bikes rasing on the street below my window kept me up a long time during the night but the staff in the restaurant and hotel are great.

훌륭해요 The check in was very easy.
The room we were given was clean and tidy, maybe a little small.
Had to use a fan as no air conditioning, but depite hot weather outside it was okay.
Breakfast was good.

Room too hot. I booked with twin beds, but the room was with double bed! The receptionist asked us at 22pm if we want another room. Only a fan in the room, couldn’t sleep much as it was too hot during the night. The room was near the main hallway door, so other visitors were going g up and down making noise going through that door all night. Also noises of people waking on the next floor, our room ceiling was trembling from time to time during the night. First time in this hotel, no room view, windows facing a wall and a roof very close to our room windows. Glad we only booked for a night. Breakfast and hotel location were nice.

Staff were friendly and it’s in an excellent location. Opposite the station and HoverPort. Beach and town in easy walking distance.
They were happy for us to leave our luggage before checkin and also to let us leave our bikes in a back room overnight.
The hotel is large and old and therefore maybe a little tired.
Our room was a superior double with Seaview. The room was clean and an adequate size with a great view of hovercraft and beach.
However due to the heatwave it was incredibly hot. As it’s an old Hotel there is no air con. Had the window open all night which meant you got the noise from pub next door as well as the road, train and the hovercraft.
Not a complaint but something to bear in mind when booking. If I stayed again I’d book a room at the rear of Hotel.
We escaped the heat of our room sitting downstairs in the comfy lounge area with drinks from the bar.
Breakfast was adequate but nothing to be excited about.

Room was clean, dining room staff friendly, breakfast was usual buffet and was okay. Porridge was good.
Nice hotel at esplanade on seafront opposite Hovercraft station. No parking though.
Reception not that helpful really when we first arrived with regard to parking which is when you need the advice. Should inform guests more about the possibilities for parking.
Paid for premier room for 3 nights, got Room 1 which was above the kitchen, in this hot weather all windows are open so lots of noise and cooking smells coming into our room through window, starting at 06.30am so not really very restful.
Due to this would not stay again, I know that it's an older building and didn't expect too much but that particular room was not great for the money charged. How is it Premier?

All staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Excellent location for the town, the bus and train station and hover craft, however the hovercraft is quite noisy if your room at the front of the building.
Good food at all meals and the free cooked breakfast was a real bonus.
