Absolutely amazing stay. Lovely rooms, lovely grounds & definitely lovely helpful staff

Me and my wife recently stayed at this hotel and also my brother and we were genuinely impressed by the level of customer service throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Every interaction felt sincere, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. What stood out most was the hotel’s attention to detail. From the spotless room, perfectly prepared amenities to the thoughtful little touches that made the experience feel personal, everything was handled with care and precision. It’s rare to find a place where every aspect of the stay feels so well considered. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and seamless stay.

Great boutique hotel conveniently located. Staff members are excellent, very attentive and polite. Rooms are pretty good, Cambodian style. Breakfast food is good. Nice swimming pool. Would highly recommend as it is great value for money. Be aware that the hotel is very near Pub Street and it can get a little noisy.

Lovely hotel with very attentive staff… only stayed for one night so didn’t enjoy the pool or any other spa treatments. Great location near Pub street and Night Market but tucked away so very quiet for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again when back in Siem Reap!

We booked this hotel mainly for the location being close to the night market and pub street - and for that it is absolutely excellent with lots of options and close walking distances. the hotel has a very nice Cambodian flair to it, our room was wonderful with balcony. Every evening they came by and brought us some little treats. When we arrived we got treated with a welcome drink and some snacks. And what we appreciated the most: we arrived early and were expecting that they are storing our luggage, but they made it possible that we could go in our room withing 10 minutes - that was so amazing. Every time we came back we got greeted with a cold cloth and a cold drink. All the staff was excellent, super friendly, very helpful - they made us feel right at home. We did the airport transfer with them and it was also excellent and even gave us a breakfast on the road, as we were leaving early. Thanks so much - we loved our stay and can highly recommend it to anyone.
