It was very convenient if you have a flight to catch, as it is attached to the airport. I wouldn't stay here if you are wanting to do much in Tokyo over several days. Get a hotel in one of the other areas of the city near a train station. To get out of the airport you have to ride the monorail for 15 to 30 minutes to change to the regular trains to go to the rest of the city.
