Good experience

staffs were very rude

Always clean rooms stop scrape plenty of parking and air conditioner always works I will work in recommend Villawood Hotel to anyone I always stay here

Was all perfect

Awesome

Its always well kept and great staff and plenty of parking

Check in was easy and a security deposit taken. The room was clean and the bed a little on the soft side. The refrigerator and the television both worked. The room was up the steps and my room was close to the bathroom. There was parking at the rear of the hotel. It was not secure. The key had to be returned to the front of the hotel and then I had to walk around to the back to go. There also needs to be a key box at the rear.

I'm always happy when I stay at the villawood Hotel

I've been coming here and staying here at Villawood the last six months now I won't stay anywhere else that's honest answer thanks Villawood for making my experience memorable

No Phones in rooms. Front Desk DIDNT KNO HOW TO GET TV WORKING! 2nd Day Room smelled Kat Piss (accused of causing). 3rd day mini fridge stopped working (accused of breaking!) Front desk had NO EXTRA FRIDGES AVAIL NOR WANTED TO FIX! Breakfast was Continental and the crescants were STALE N HARD! No clean metal forks! TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE OF A HOTEL!
