The Bar area was clean, boy behind the bar was not helpful at all you buy the bottle and they only give you half and fill the rest with ice. Receptionists were all lovely. Property was spotless. I’d recommend this hotel if you like to uber/tram but for us was a bit too far out in a very urban area streets all around covered in graffiti etc.

The hotel facilities are lovely and the staff were so polite and helpful
My aunty had a seizure during our stay and we had to call the emergency services on the day we were to check out.
The staff were absolutely amazing and so calm, and curitous. We needed to extend our stay to ensure we were.given the all clear to fly home and they accomodated us with alittle gift from the hotel. Can not recommend enough

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was cleaned to perfection every single day and maintained to a very high standard. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious food, excellent hygiene standards, and well-maintained facilities. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations.
