It’s a good value for money, with large and cosy apartments and suites, spotless and still with the feeling of a small, family hotel.
The staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is recommended , with quite a choice of both sweet and savoury treats.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - we were offered a free room upgrade at check-in, which meant we had a bigger room with a balcony facing the lake. The room was spacious and clean, although not particularly modern and the matresses and pillows were a little thin and uncomfortable. The proximity to Lago di Comabbio was fantastic, however we didn't realise how few options there were for getting meals near the hotel. We ended up having dinner at the restaurant owned by the hotel both nights. We were lucky there was a restaurant so close by, but we were limited for options as it was difficult to get anywhere else without a car. Overall, it was a nice and tranquil stay and I would recommend it if you are planning to stay in one place the entire time, or if you are travelling there with a car.

The hotel was in a nice quite location, maybe not to everyone's liking but we found it perfect for us . On the edge of a lake you could see it from your balcony. We even found a lovely chinese resturant nearby which along with very good chinese food also served lovely pizza . Nice walks in the area also . We really enjoyed our stay which was too short . Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly.
