Honestly..it was a good hotel..great location and nice breakfast. There was one particular female member of staff at the breakfast, that was very rough and it left a bad taste with us.

Friendly & helpful front desk staff

A very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. We were able to check in early (they did charge us a fee for that, however), but it fit our timeline of what we were trying to do that afternoon with sightseeing. We took showers to wash off the 24 hours of traveling and left the hotel. When we returned, the water to our room wasn't working for some reason. I called down to reception and they immediately sent someone up, who fidgeted with a couple of faucet handles above the shower and then stated it was fixed. My wife then went to take another shower and only the hot water was working. So I called down again to reception and the very nice young gentleman who we had been dealing with all day came to the room to try to fix it, but was unsuccessful. So he moved us into another room, next to our first one. We moved our stuff and settled in. We slept well and went down for breakfast. The young gentleman called us a taxi to take us to the cruise port and we left the hotel. This employee was outstanding and an asset to the business. I wish I would have remembered his name!

The breakfast was great, as everyone else has noted. Lots of interesting and yummy food options. The rooms were clean and bigger than our previous hotels rooms in France. Max at the front desk was unbelievably helpful. He helped us get a realistic plan of attack for seeing the city in the time we had. Also, Debora at breakfast was super kind and helpful. Also, the cleaning staff was super helpful. All of the staff mentioned were very cheerful and willing to do whatever they could to help. The hotel also happens to be close to a lot. I highly recommend it!

We stayed three nights. Did not have the breakfast. They cleaned the room daily, but did not replenish the coffee/tea selections. When I had an urgent need for eye care the front desk was able to direct me to an emergency eye clinic that gave professional care.

Maybe I just didn’t get a great room - but it didn’t feel that clean, and very tired furnishings. I had a decent night sleep, so that was something, but I expected a lot more from the reviews and the price that I paid. It was quite a distance from everywhere where I wanted to go, and while in walking distance, I had thought I was a little closer to areas than I actually was. Not awful, but not great either… just okay.

The front desk personnel at thhs hotel were very friendly and helpful.

We ended our cruise in Barcelona and stayed 2 nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is centrally located and the amenities are great. Breakfast was included and enough for hungry teenagers with a lot of variety. And the front desk was amazing - so helpful. Arian was wonderful and provided many delicious restaurant options including local brasseries as well as great affordable restaurants with Catalan cuisine. The hotel is 1 block from the bus station where you can hop on the Barcelona Bus Turístico for the red route which takes you to major sites and the hotel can sell you the tickets at the front desk. We loved it and would do the entire trip again, if possible.

Location was great. Walking distance to a lot of places. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool area was just ok

Mi esposa y yo nos llevamos una excelente experiencia con este Hotel y su personal tan amable y atento a cada detalle. Max e Iker se portaron super atentos y profesionales con cada consulta realizada. Ubicación perfecta para caminar a la basilica Sagrada Familia, Arco del triunfo, La Rambla, Barrio Gotico, playa Barceloneta y muchas opciones para comer. Facil y rápido check in. Al hacer check out ellos nos guardaron el equipaje ya que nuestro vuelo salió por la tarde. Recomendado 100% Gracias!
