Great location. Right next to downtown shopping strip. Starting to need a little upgrading in the rooms. Hot tub and pool very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Air conditioner issue was taking of ..they really wanted to fix issue and did....I would recommend staying here...

만족해요 Our AC didn’t work well until midnight. There was an odd smell in the room. Pool was very very cold. Location was nice to the Main Street.

Absolutely picturesque location surrounded by mountains, ponderosa pines, aspen and birch trees, just a few miles from Mt. Rushmore. The property was clean and the staff were all very nice and accommodating, clean towels and rollaway were brought promptly when requested. They made fresh cookies every day and put them out all day long, free breakfast was served daily. I will be returning for a longer stay in the future as we didn’t get to do all the things we wanted, there’s so much to see and do in the beautiful black hills.

I had a wonderful stay, the room was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from receptionist after assisting some not so nice customers ahead of me. She was kind, helpful and made several excellent restaurants. She made sure my boat was parked correctly and should be recognized. Her friendly attitude and winningness to help made me feel genuinely welcome.
