Lovely room with comfy beds, very clean! Good breakfast and very nice staff who helped us with suggestions of restaurants.

The ventilation is really bad, and the noise from the washing machine was too much.

Nice room and location with a fair price. If the bathroom vent can be more quiet will be wonderful!

This is a wonderful little property, located just steps away from shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and well furnished with all of the amenities you could need. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh waffles. This will be our choice for accommodations when we return to Carmel.

La ubicación perfecta , la habitación limpia con lo básico lo único pésimo es el ruido de los empleados por la mañana y de otros huéspedes todo se escucha horrible ósea no puedes dormir en paz .

The room was clean but very small. The closet needs some updating. Overall was a good stay, very close to downtown Carmel and walkable to the beach. Not very much parking for all guests though.

The parking situation was horrible, and I had to fight for a parking spot. There should be enough spaces to rooms available. I wouldn’t stay here again because parking was just too much of an inconvenience. Also online said that the front office was open 24 hours, but it was not. I was trying to get a hot coffee in the lobby at 6:00am and no one was there. Also breakfast starts at 7:30 which is super late compared to other hotels where breakfast usually starts at 6:30, so we skipped breakfast as we had to leave early. The only thing good about this hotel was the location as it was close to shops and restaurants.

Stay was good but parking is terrible.

We loved our stay here! Clean, comfy, and close to town. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had a great experience and would stay here again!
