A clean hotel baby friendly, with a good breakfast! The staff is very helpful.

Mohammad and the staff were all amazing. We had a great stay here! Highly recommend

I didn't eat the breakfast

Not up to the same standards i expect from Novetel. Staff were not helpful and didn't mention that breakfast was included. They also seem to not be helpful in arranging taxis services.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Clean and modern property.

I have stayed at this Novotel many times and it is conveniently located to the Casa Port Train Station which has a train that goes to the CMN Airport. The staff is very friendly and the hotel room is the cleanest.

The breakfast room was too small for so many people and on one of the days there wasn't any cups or plates available at 7.30am. Only two coffee machines available for such a big hotel is also quite disappointing as the line for coffee would be long. But apart from that, great hotel and staff!

Poor breakfast poo service. Paid for breakfast and still didn’t get any breakfast. Duty manager didn’t care and was a blame game

Good staff but hotel was missing iron and iron board. Apparently they only have 10 iron for the whole 17 floors hotel. Breakfast was good.

We had broken door lock, told the front desk didn’t get fixed until two days later. One day we were coming back to the hotel, upon elevator opens, a half naked man was inside. The hotel security is too loose. Wifi wasn’t available on Dec 4th. No wifi for 24 hours. Wasted our time with the technician to figure out what’s the problem. We had to use data. The tiny cheap flimsy paper cups were provided to the hotel rooms. We had hard time use them to drink coffee or tea and brush teeth. Breakfast was never served on time. It is supposed to start at 6:30am but wasn’t ready until after 7:15am. The coffee was never hot, if you need hot water for tea you have to ask the waiter. Breads are not fresh, mostly days or weeks old. Waiters in the breakfast room always lurking making people uncomfortable! Gym was fine.
